Samantha Gerken

I am an Iowa State University graduate with a bachelor's degree in advertising with a minor in psychology. Savvy, self-motivated and organized, I thrive on new challenges and a fast paced work environment. I am a strategic person who can identify the long-term or overall goals and means of achieving them. I enjoy seeing the big picture and following it through from start to finish. I find myself drawn to and inspired by others. I love to find out more about them and create positive, lasting relationships. I firmly believe in extracurricular activities and the growth they are able to provide. Ambitious and creative by nature, I am a forward thinking individual eager and willing to learn and contribute my communications and leadership experiences. Through my experiences, I've been able to gain knowledge in many different areas such as writing, design, event planning and social media. I value the "plus one" theory of customer service and always take the extra step to meet and exceed clients' expectations.
